Refund policy

Due to food safety concerns associated with perishable products, we are not able to accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or if there is damaged product, please contact info@northrange.ca within 5 days of receipt. We will review your order and any reported issues and offer a resolution appropriate to the circumstances. Including but not limited to – replacement of product, credit towards next orders, full or partial refund. Photo’s may be required as we are not able to access the product.
